Jordyn Davis

Jordyn Davis brings a thoughtful blend of strategy, negotiation, and design expertise to every client relationship. Growing up in a real estate family—her father a commercial broker and her mother a home decorator—she developed an early appreciation for both the investment side of property and the design elements that make a home truly special.

Working alongside her husband and partner, Drew Davis, Jordyn helps clients unlock the full potential of every property. Whether preparing a home for sale to maximize its return or helping buyers see the untapped possibilities in a new space, her keen eye for design and understanding of market trends help clients make confident decisions and achieve strong results. 

Jordyn also leads the design vision for many of the Davis Group’s investment and renovation projects, bringing creative ideas and practical insight to transformations that enhance both beauty and value. 

When she’s not working with clients, Jordyn enjoys playing pickleball, cheering on baseball and volleyball games, and spending time outdoors with Drew and their two active kids.
