Jorge Dueñas

Jorge Dueñas is an Austin REALTOR® with Compass and co-founder of Dueñas Realty Group and Lyric Commercial Group. With more than 25 years in Austin and a background in enterprise technology sales, he combines local knowledge with a strategic, solutions-oriented approach to real estate.

Jorge is known for his approachable style and ability to listen deeply, helping clients feel supported and informed throughout the process. Whether working with first-time buyers, experienced real estate clients, or those relocating to Austin, he brings clarity, creativity, and commitment to each transaction.

Before real estate, Jorge spent over a decade at Dell, where he specialized in designing and implementing data center solutions for enterprise clients. The consultative skills he developed there now shape his work in both residential and commercial real estate, where he is focused on long-term success for his clients.

Alongside Gina, Jorge co-founded For The Pups, a community initiative inspired by their three dogs that supports local rescues and celebrates pup parent life.

Outside of work, he is also a lifelong musician and active part of Austin’s music community. Together with Gina and their pups, he has built a life rooted in family, creativity, and connection to the city he loves.
