Jorge Perez is a Central Florida REALTOR® and community leader born and raised in Orlando, Florida. As a second-generation Cuban American, Jorge is proud to serve the same neighborhoods he grew up in, supporting friends, families, and neighbors with high-quality, relationship-driven real estate services throughout Orlando, its surrounding cities, and greater Central Florida.

Known for his strong communication skills, in-depth market knowledge, and professionalism, Jorge brings a client-first approach to every transaction. He specializes in residential real estate, including move-up buyers, downsizers, luxury properties, and clients navigating major life transitions such as probate and divorce. From the first conversation to the closing table, Jorge is committed to guiding his clients with clarity, respect, and confidence.

Jorge is highly involved in the real estate industry at both the local and state level, holding leadership roles that reflect his dedication to elevating the profession and serving the community. He served as the 2025 President of the NAHREP North Orlando Chapter, where he focused on leadership development, strategic partnerships, and advancing Hispanic homeownership through education and advocacy. He also served as the 2025 Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association Tech Chair, helping lead conversations around technology, innovation, and tools that improve both agent performance and the consumer experience.

At the state level, Jorge serves as a Florida REALTORS® State Director for 2025 and 2026, representing his local association and contributing to statewide leadership, policy discussions, and initiatives that help shape the future of real estate across Florida.

Deeply rooted in the community, Jorge is an active supporter of local businesses and organizations. He enjoys exploring Central Florida’s farmers markets, discovering new and locally owned restaurants, and staying engaged in the neighborhoods he serves. His passion for community involvement translates directly into his work, where he helps clients not only find the right home, but also the right lifestyle and sense of place.

Jorge serves clients across generations—from seniors to millennials—offering a modern, data-driven approach paired with genuine care and accessibility. He leverages a strong professional network to help ensure smooth transactions and timely closings, always prioritizing his clients’ goals and peace of mind.

Jorge holds the ePro® Certification and the Senior Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation and is an active member of the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association, Florida REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), and Young Catholic Professionals (YCP).

He lives in Orlando with his wife, Stacey, an estate planning attorney, and their daughter, Sofia, and remains committed to building lasting impact through service, leadership, and homeownership in Central Florida.
