About Jorge
My name is Jorge Prado, and I’m proud to be working with Compass in Palm Beach Gardens. I bring over 20 years of real estate expertise, and it all began back in 2005. In my first year, I was named Rookie of the Year nationally, closing over $40 million in sales.
I earned my Broker’s License in 2008, and during a tough time when brokerages were closing, I opened Prado Real Estate. As Broker/Owner, I led a team of 50+ Realtors, closing over 700 transactions annually. After selling that brokerage in 2020, I made my way to South Florida.
In March 2023, I earned my Florida Broker’s License and founded Prado Realty Company, guided by the philosophy: Less is More. Now, at Compass, I focus all my energy, negotiation skills, and marketing expertise directly on my clients.
I’m a passionate and results-driven professional, committed to delivering the best possible outcomes. When we meet virtually or in person we’ll evaluate your property’s value and craft a customized marketing strategy.
