With deep roots on Lower/Outer Cape Cod and having grown up in a family real estate and construction company, Jorieā€™s wealth of knowledge extends to all aspects of the business.


Cape Cod is an area where the environment and the amazing lifestyle it supports are so important. Issues impacting real estate transactions are not uncommon. Jorie is well-versed in zoning, conservation, and environmental regulations affecting so many coastal properties.  She has the knowledge and contacts to confidently provide guidance through any transaction. Jorie splits her time between Cape Cod, MA, and Naples, FL where she has owned a home since 2016, and is thrilled to be part of the Pappas-Burback Team at Compass in Naples.  When not spending time with family, friends, pets, and horses, Jorie continues to work with her dad developing, competitively-priced, thoughtfully-designed, and built new homes on the Cape.
