Born in Cali, Colombia and raised in Key Biscayne, FL, Jose Cuellar is a longtime Miami local with an intimate understanding of the lifestyle, culture and overall market in Southeast Florida. He represents buyers, sellers and investors in homes and condominiums throughout Miami-Dade County, with a focus on luxury properties in Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, East Kendall, South Miami, Miami Beach, Brickell, Key Biscayne and Doral.

An entrepreneur at his core, Jose co-founded Buttercream Cupcakes & Coffee with his wife in Coral Gables and built a long-lasting network of small business owners and local homeowners throughout Miami. Over the course of 12 years managing the business, he worked as a Realtor part-time until he sold the shop in 2019 and transitioned full-time to real estate. His foundation is centered on compassion, customer service and persistence; he puts the time in to get to know his clients, understand their goals, and guide them through the process to their dream home or the highest bid on a sale.
