Jose guided me through the purchasing experience as a friend would. He taught me about the different neighborhoods in Miami and introduced me to some I wasnā€™t aware of already living here 10 years. He helped us determine our needs and style of house. He quickly would point out the pros and cons to each house we saw. The toughest work he did for me was after our offer, which he helped negotiate, was accepted. He helped us through the inspection, title, insurance, mortgage and closing process. The house we were purchasing was not straightforward but he found a solution to all the obstacles. He was very patient with me and quick to respond to all my concerns. I would recommend him to any friend.
