About Joseph
       After a wonderful childhood on Long Island's south shore I have called New York City home for 35 years. I've lived in Greenwich Village, Gramercy, the Upper West Side, Queens, Carroll Gardens, and Downtown Brooklyn where I've made my home and have raised my 2, now college age, children.  My experiences living in the city have given me an in-depth knowledge of the many individual characteristics of the neighborhoods in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens.  

       When I first came to Manhattan I worked as a waiter/bus-boy. I worked at boutique clothing shops on 57th St. and then shifted to the financial industry where I obtained in-depth sales skills and started my real estate career shortly after.  Real Estate, for me, combines many interesting worlds; architecture, business and people. My 25 years in the business has given me insightful knowledge and experience that I bring to every sale.  I have represented cooperatives, condominiums, townhouses and new development properties both for sale and for rent in many prime and off the beaten path neighborhoods.  I'm known for my patience, tenacity, enthusiasm and sense of humor.

       Premier League English football is my go-to sport. I love the outdoors, the beach, fishing, boating, and "Lawrence of Arabia" is my all-time favorite film.
