Joe has experience selling properties for Trusts including personal, family, and charitable remainder. Joe’s focus on Apartment Property Brokerage maximizes his market knowledge and contact with multifamily buyers and owners. This allows him to provide his clients with the most exposure when listing and marketing apartment assets. Joe has extensive knowledge of the San Francisco market by growing up just across the bridge in Marin County, graduating from Redwood High School in 2005. Joe earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics, graduating from the University of California, Davis. Joe began his real estate career working in his father and uncle’s real estate law firm, Levy, Levy, and Levy, during college and after graduation. Joe has sold over $150 million in apartment assets and is relentless at driving value for his clients. He is an avid San Francisco Giants, 49ers and Golden State Warriors fan and continues to marvel at the Bay Area’s achievements in sports over the recent years.
