Joseph Vives

Joseph was born, raised, and continues to reside and grow his family in Alamo Heights, San Antonio, Texas. He founded Vives Land Resources, LLC, in 2004. He remained continuously occupied as an independent landman fulfilling the work requirements of oil and gas companies and numerous private landowners. Joseph maintains extensive experience and knowledge in land, minerals, and strong landowner relations throughout Central and South Texas. After finding himself employed as a consultant in several ranch transactions throughout his land career, Joseph made the decision to become licensed and further his field into farm and ranch real estate.

In his downtime, Joseph is a dedicated father to his son and a loving husband to his wife. They enjoy spending time with family and friends, relaxing at the beach, and being in the country.
