About Josh
Josh is a lifelong Maryland resident, originally from the Eastern Shore and attended the University of Maryland. Josh has lived in the DC area for 15 years. Licensed in Maryland and DC, Josh has been overseeing the maintenance and leasing of properties for over 8 years and has become one of the top rental listing agents in the area as a result of his strong work ethic, dedication to customer service and professionalism.

In his earlier years, he spent time in the construction trades as a carpenter and involved in general contracting with historic and custom homes on the Eastern Shore, which gives him valuable insight on the needs and care of properties.

Josh is an avid sports fan and memorabilia aficionado, and when he's not managing and renting properties he can be found cheering on the Terps, Orioles, and Ravens. Josh currently lives in Gaithersburg.
