"I'm so glad we found Josh! Josh was wonderful! From our very first meeting, we knew he was the right Realtor for us. He was helpful, knowledgeable, thoughtful and always kept me up to date on progress. I will highly recommend Josh to all!" - Marsha
"We feel so fortunate to have been paired with Josh during our home buying process. We were first time homebuyers who walked into the experience pretty uninformed and uneducated. Josh held our hand and explained things step by step. We felt totally supported and confident with him in our corner. He offered terrific advice to us that made things go smoothly. He was easy to reach (even over the Christmas and New Years holidays!) whenever we had questions or needed help. We went from touring our first home to being homeowners in a month and a half. I can’t recommend Josh enough and we are so grateful to have had him on our team. "
"I had a very good experience home shopping with Josh Clifton! He has helped me several times over the past two years while I was deciding to move to Texas. He is knowledgeable about the homes here, is up to date on available properties, pending properties coming up for sale and current real estate trends. He is very personable, patient, and has a good sense of humor. I would definitely use Josh's expertise again should I need to move." - Betsy
"Josh was a great partner to work with in finding our home. He gave candid feedback, was accessible and was proactive throughout the process. He was extremely helpful in managing relationships with the sellers/builders agents. He worked to understand our style, requirements and location preferences. One big key for this relationship was that he was pleasant and patient as we made this important decision. When we wanted to take some time to think, he was patient. When we wanted to fast, he was as urgent as possible. "
