Austin has been home to Josh for more than 33 years, long enough to know which neighborhoods feel like community, which trails are worth getting up early for, and what makes someone fall in love with a place enough to call it home. He's a Texas State graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies, and on most weekends you'll find him hiking, mountain biking, or behind a camera somewhere in the Hill Country. He cares about this city and gives back through the local charities and causes that make Austin the kind of place people keep wanting to move to.

That same care shows up in his work. Josh has handled the full range of the Austin real estate market for the past 12 years with hundreds of transactions to his name.
