About Joshua
Josh Drawas brings over 20 years of experience in Greater Boston’s real estate industry. While providing seasoned knowledge and professional insight of the varying real estate markets throught Massachusetts, his main focus has always been the client experience and developing long-lasting relationships. Josh’s philosophy encompasses responsiveness, integrity and unwavering commitment to go above and beyond for each of his clients. His warm and approachable personality creates a comfortable and enjoyable setting for both longtime residents and investors, as well as first-time home buyers and sellers.

Josh is a member of both the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®, as well as carries an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations. After graduating Colorado College with a BA in Economics, he later received his real estate license in 2002. His background also includes several years in property management, overseeing an extensive portfolio of residential properties throughout The Fenway, Back Bay, Beacon Hill, South End, Newton and Brookline. He later pursued his Masters Degree in 2010, receiving an MS in Real Estate from Bentley University.

An outdoor enthusiast at heart Josh enjoys world travel, scuba diving, skiing, hiking. He also finds time for adventures in the mountains and oceanside of New England with his two children, Sophie and Max, in tow.
