Josh Drawas brings over 15 years of experience in Boston’s real estate industry. While providing seasoned knowledge and professional insight of Boston’s real estate market, his main focus has always been the client experience and developing long-lasting relationships. Josh’s philosophy encompasses responsiveness, integrity and unwavering commitment to go above and beyond for each of his clients. His warm and approachable personality creates a comfortable and enjoyable setting for both long time residents of Boston, as well as first-time home buyers, sellers and renters in the city.
Josh is a licensed Realtor® and also carries an Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation. After graduating Colorado College with a BA in Economics, he later received his real estate license in 2002. His background includes several years of property management, overseeing an extensive portfolio of residential properties throughout The Fenway, Back Bay, Beacon Hill, South End, Newton and Brookline. He later pursued his Masters Degree in 2010, receiving an MS in Real Estate from Bentley University.
An outdoor enthusiast at heart Josh enjoys world travel, scuba diving, skiing, hiking. He also finds time for adventures in the mountains and oceanside of New England with his white lab, Riley.
