Josh Gale brings a dynamic background in tech, marketing, and client service to the Burgess Gale Group, where he serves as both a licensed real estate agent and the team’s Marketing Director. Originally from Maryland, just outside Washington, D.C., Josh is an alumnus of Indiana University, where he studied marketing and developed a passion for connecting with people through impactful communication. His career has spanned the tech and sports industries, with roles at Gartner and GoDaddy, as well as professional sports teams including the Washington Commanders, Pittsburgh Pirates, and D.C. United. At GoDaddy, Josh specialized in social media marketing, helping businesses across industries build their brands through content strategy and digital storytelling. His sports background focused on sales and fan experience—skills he now brings to every real estate interaction with clients. Josh spent six years living in Austin, Texas, where he held season tickets to Austin FC and embraced the city’s food, music, and energy. Now based in Naples, Florida, he’s proud to support FC Naples and help clients discover everything the Southwest Florida lifestyle has to offer. Josh is part of a dedicated family real estate team alongside his wife, Becky Gale, and mother-in-law, Nancy Burgess. Together, they deliver a trusted, client-first experience backed by decades of expertise and fresh, modern marketing.

Hobbies & Personal Interests 

 Outside of work, Josh enjoys paddleboarding, cooking elaborate meals for friends and family, and spending time with his dog, Gibbs—especially on walks or playing fetch. He loves discovering new restaurants, traveling, watching great shows and movies, and going to concerts. A longtime soccer fan, he’s thrilled to now support FC Naples.
