Josh Gonzalez

Josh Gonzalez has been a leader in the home-services industry for over 15 years. In 1995 Josh opened a retail furniture and design store. The success of that one store quickly enabled him to expand to multiple locations. Since that time Josh has owned and operated four retail furniture and design stores, owned and managed a moving business, and has been a licensed real estate agent in California and Arizona. In 2004 Josh decided to commit exclusively to his real estate business and establish a practice offering his expertise in design, marketing, merchandising, staging, property management, and investment and market analysis.

Josh’s passion for helping people, his entrepreneurial spirit, and his love of all things related to the home has fueled his success over the past 15 years. His business is dedicated to staying connected to the future as well as the past; offering his clientele innovative marketing and technology strategies as well as a traditional customer-service based business where the client always comes first.
