Josh Hutson’s connection to North Texas runs deep. He was born and raised in Dalworthington Gardens, a unique small town located inside Arlington in the heart of Tarrant County. Growing up in the middle of the Dallas–Fort Worth area gave him firsthand exposure to the growth and transformation of the region.
Real estate became part of Josh’s life long before he officially entered the industry. His grandfather built a respectable rental property portfolio throughout Tarrant County, and watching that portfolio grow sparked Josh’s early interest in real estate investment and property ownership.
By the time he was a teenager, Josh was already involved in learning the business side of real estate. At just 17 years old, he helped connect his high school woodshop teacher with his grandfather’s rental property portfolio, effectively facilitating his first real estate deal. Those early lessons ultimately led Josh to pursue real estate professionally.
