As a trusted real estate advisor and a Founding Agent of Compass Denver, Josh prides himself on delivering an exceptional client experience grounded in deep market knowledge and strategic insight. With a portfolio spanning Denver’s premier neighborhoods through the foothills and mountain corridor, his expertise reflects a comprehensive command of the Greater Denver real estate landscape.
Following a seven-year professional baseball career with the Montreal Expos, Texas Rangers, and Boston Red Sox, Josh transitioned into real estate with a Palm Beach–based family office. There, he was responsible for managing a portfolio of legacy assets that included residential and commercial properties from Hartford, Connecticut, to Miami, Florida, as well as a 2,700-acre ranch on the Costa Rican coast. This role gave him first hand exposure to the expectations, discretion, and sophistication required to serve high-net-worth clients.
Motivated by a desire to return to the mountains, Josh moved to Colorado and joined a Denver wealth management firm before ultimately pursuing real estate full-time—his long-standing passion. His transition was marked by immediate success, surpassing $10 million in sales in his first year. Since then, he has closed approximately $700 million in residential real estate transactions. As one of the original agents selected to launch Compass in Denver, Josh continues to be recognized for his leadership, analytical approach, negotiation skill, and intimate understanding of Colorado’s most sought-after markets. His clientele includes sophisticated investors, financial executives, and professional athletes who rely on his strategic guidance and discretion.
Josh lives in Golden with his wife, Allison, and their two dogs, Hank and Maia. Outside of real estate, he is an avid skier, hiker, climber, trail runner, and fitness enthusiast—fully embracing the mountain lifestyle that inspires his work and strengthens his connection to the communities he serves.
