As a long-time Atlanta native — over 30 years in the north metro — Josh knows this city block by block. He’s an active investor himself, often found on the courthouse steps each month bidding at foreclosure auctions. That on-the-ground experience has given him a pulse on neighborhoods across the metro and a sharp instinct for spotting opportunity, whether it’s an undervalued fixer-upper or a home ready to shine with a few strategic updates.
Josh’s niche is helping clients maximize potential — positioning listings to sell for the greatest return or guiding buyers through a vision of updates that make financial and lifestyle sense. He’s honest, analytical, and collaborative, bringing a calm confidence to every deal. A graduate of the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, Josh now calls the Dunwoody/Sandy Springs area home, where he lives with his wife Katie, their one-year-old son Wells, and their boxer Klein. When he’s not negotiating deals or renovating homes, you’ll find him tackling projects around his own house, trying (and often failing) to break 80 on the golf course, or exploring a new passion — scuba diving.
