Josh Rubin

Josh is a Bay Area native, born and raised in Portola Valley. He is in the top 0.0154% of agents in the United States. He attended UC Santa Cruz to earn his degree in Computer Science while playing on the NCAA Water Polo and swimming teams. Immediately after graduation, he came back to the peninsula to begin his career as a middle school and then high school teacher of math and computer science. He also volunteered for the National Energy Education Development Project.

Josh has been passionate about real estate since he was in college and had the opportunity to purchase his first home. The power and value of owning property were immediately clear to him and he became an enthusiastic student of the local market by attending any open house he could. It wasn’t long before Josh got his real estate license and began working as a Realtor®.

Josh prides himself on being a neighborhood agent who is ready to share his knowledge of the local market and best practices with clients interested in buying or selling. His goal is to help individuals and families have a positive experience while making the best investment decision in the sought-after communities on the peninsula. He lives with his wife, children and dogs in Ladera near Portola Valley.
