Josh Seidner

As a New Development specialist, Josh joined the Breitenbach Advisory Team at Compass to find buyers their perfect home by knowing the ever-changing landscape of Hamptons new construction availability.

In an environment where it is can be more cost effective to build your dream home than to try to buy it, Josh also works with his development company, ARCH&Co® as a one-stop-shop to build fixer-uppers, managing the entire project from buying, designing, permitting, building, and renting a home.

Prior to Hamptons Real Estate, Josh worked for some of the largest NYC developers managing design and construction to build high-end estates, luxury condominium, 5-star hotels, and resorts all over the globe. He began his career for a fellow Architect-turned-developer Ginsburg Development Companies. After writing a letter to one of NYC’s top developers in 2007, he wound up working for that developer as the Vice President of Design and Development for 6 years. In 2014, he joined Silverstein Properties and developed the Four Seasons Hotel and Condominiums, NYC. After completion, he was recruited by Related Companies to build the Equinox Hotel and Condominiums at Hudson Yards, NYC. Josh graduated cum laude from Syracuse School of Architecture and holds a degree in Construction Management from SUNY ESF.
