About Josh
Originally from Australia, I bring a blend of Aussie charm and straight talk to real estate in San Diego. My goal is simple: give clients the knowledge they need to buy and sell with confidence, and make the process enjoyable along the way.
I lead NEIGHBORHOOD, a Compass team based in Point Loma, and have facilitated over $150 million in sales. I was recognized by the San Diego Association of Realtors in its "40 Under 40" cohort and have earned Compass Platinum Team and Winners Circle honors.
I own and operate multiple short-term rentals and co-own The Carmine Collection, a boutique STR portfolio, so I understand San Diego's STRO rules and Airbnb numbers from the owner's side. I help investors from start to finish: finding the right property, running the numbers, styling and furnishing, and launching on the booking platforms.
I also have a soft spot for San Diego's historic homes and work with buyers and owners on Mills Act properties, where the right designation can mean real property tax savings.
Years as a lifeguard and a lifelong love of surfing have given me a close knowledge of the San Diego coastline, from Oceanside to Imperial Beach, which helps me serve clients looking for coastal properties.
