Josh Winkler

Josh Winkler is a real estate team lead performing in the top 1% in all of Texas. He is located in the North Dallas office for Compass, which services Collin and Dallas counties. His success stems from his client-first mentality. Having served in the US Army for eight years, including a tour of duty in Iraq, Josh considers it an honor to serve his clients at the highest level and make their transactions as smooth as possible.

Josh is well versed in all aspects of real estate – investment properties, retail, commercial and residential. Today, he primarily services clients who are looking to buy, sell, or invest in Collin County (Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney) and Dallas County (Dallas, Richardson, Garland, Mesquite, Farmers Branch). An investor himself, Josh also helps other investors find properties that meet their objectives and lends his design and rehab consultation services to help them realize success in their deals. With his intimate knowledge of the DFW market, Josh is uniquely qualified to assist sellers, downsizers, empty nesters, investors, first-time buyers and everyone in between.

Josh started in investment real estate in 2007. Since becoming licensed in 2015, he has completed over 400 transactions and garnered numerous industry awards, including recognition from D Magazine as among the top 500 teams in all of DFW.

When not working, Josh enjoys traveling and has visited over 40 countries with his wife and their four children.
