Josh Wynne

Josh Wynne is a native of Sarasota, Florida. He grew up in and around the fantastic Florida cracker cottages and mid-century homes inspired by the Sarasota School of Architecture. Josh appreciated the simplicity of these homes, along with the quality of life afforded by the connection to the natural environment that these homes were noted for.

After serving honorably in the US Navy, Josh began working in construction as a carpenter and soon started Josh Wynne Construction. Josh is a licensed Class A General Contractor, Home Inspector, and Certified Roofing Contractor. Josh Wynne Construction was among the most awarded Custom Home Builders in the US, having won hundreds of local, regional, national and international awards, with homes gracing the covers of dozens of magazines. 

Josh has 27 years of experience in land development, luxury real estate, design, construction, challenging sales, and contract negotiations. His connections with Architects, Land Planners, Building Officials, and Contractors of all types make him an obvious choice to assist in the purchase or sale of land and luxury homes.

Josh applies his experience as a design/build Home Builder to land deals with a thorough due diligence process with which to demonstrate the build-ability of the site, and the cost to develop the land. He can even assist a buyer in navigating the process of turning raw land into a beautifully finished home through his extensive referral network.
