As a real estate professional for over 20 years, Josh was a founding partner at the prestigious architecture and design focused brokerage firm, deasy/penner | Home As Art, where he served as Vice President, Director of Operations, and led the New Developments Division. Prior to the sale of the firm to Compass, he oversaw thousands of transactions for 250+ agents with sales topping over $1 billion annually.

Upon his arrival to Los Angeles, Josh worked as a sales agent for Mossler, Deasy & Doe, a residential real estate firm representing top-tier pedigree architectural homes. Prior to real estate, he worked for Gap Corporate Inc. in San Francisco, overseeing product development & design, marketing, merchandising, planning & distribution. As well as working on the trading floor at Tucker Anthony Investments, a mergers and acquisitions firm in Boston.

Josh graduated, Magna Cum Laude from Northeastern University, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration: a dual-degree in Entrepreneurship & Marketing and a minor in Sociology. He has always had a passion for design, which he attributes to working in construction development, beginning in childhood with his family on the East Coast.
