My professional foundation began in healthcare as a Physical Therapist Assistant—a role that required extreme attention to detail and a commitment to patient advocacy. Today, those same principles define my real estate practice. I have a particular affinity for Mid-Century Modern design and enjoy helping my clients identify the unique aesthetic and functional features they want in a home, even those that don't always show up on a data sheet.

I meticulously study which upgrades truly drive resale value and which may result in a lower return. For example, I often provide a pragmatic financial perspective on solar in Colorado: given our lower electricity costs and the high expense of roof maintenance, it isn’t always the best fit for every budget. My goal is to give you the data so you can make the decision that best aligns with your goals—whether you are prioritizing maximum resale value or personal lifestyle choices.

I am a proud partner of Wompost, an Aurora-based composting service, and I enjoy helping my clients explore impactful local solutions that reduce their environmental footprint while supporting our community.

Additionally, I lead the Nightingale Program alongside Danielle Runyan, a specialized initiative designed to support the housing goals of Colorado’s healthcare workers.
Life in Colorado Outside of the office, I serve as Vice President of my local HOA in Aurora. When I’m not analyzing market data, you’ll find me skiing at Keystone, training for a 10k, or camping across the state with my wife, Natalie, and our two dogs, Kaiah and Millie.
