Joshua Weinfeld

After graduating at the top of his class with an MBA in Leadership & Consulting from Binghamton University's School of Management, Josh moved from his home in New York to South Florida. Throughout his childhood, Josh had visited his grandparents and aunt during vacations in Boca Raton, and he knew that this was the environment where he wanted to build his life — he dreamed of one day calling South Florida home.

Highly motivated and excited to begin his real estate career, Josh got his start working full-time in the industry and obtained his real estate license shortly after, working in operations for a top Compass team in Boca. That foundation eventually brought him to Miami, where he now works with Ben Moss, National Director of the Compass Sports & Entertainment Division, with the Ben Moss Group. In this role, Josh supports every facet of Ben's luxury real estate practice across South Florida — transaction coordination, client communications, research, and day-to-day operations — ensuring the process runs smoothly and every client is well taken care of.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys music, exercise, and spending time with family. What truly sets Josh apart is his kind heart: every person he meets feels valued, whether they're working with him or not. He's passionate about meeting every client's needs, and his attention to detail is unmatched.
