After graduating at the top of his class with an MBA in Leadership & Consulting from Binghamton University’s School of Management, Josh moved from his home in New York City to Boca Raton, Florida, to work with The Koolik Group. Throughout his childhood, Josh visited his grandparents and aunt during vacations at Boca Pointe, and he knew that this was the environment where he wanted to live and dreamed of owning a beautiful home in Boca Raton.
Highly motivated and excited to begin his real estate career, he started working full-time as the Listing Manager after completing his internship. In this role, he ensures that our listing process is smooth and our clients are happy . Shortly after starting this position, he obtained his real estate license as well.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys music, exercise, and spending time with family. What truly sets Josh apart from other realtors is his kind heart: every person he meets feels valued, whether they are working with him or not. He is passionate about meeting every client’s needs, and his attention to detail is unmatched.
