Zahra Joudi The Founder and principal of the JP Team

Elizabeth Pizzulli, Esq.

As both a seasoned attorney and real estate broker, Elizabeth provides a level of service unique in today’s world as a consistent producer in both the Brooklyn and Manhattan markets since 2005, helping sellers, buyers, investors and renters negotiate win-win results. Elizabeth is a native New Yorker, and being a successful civil litigator helped her to hone research, financial assessment, negotiation and problem-solving skills that have enabled her to masterfully navigate the complexities of the real estate market.


Kishia Marte

As a former model, Kishia is very accustomed to working in a cultured, artistic and competitive environment. Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Brooklyn, Kishia has also lived in Europe, and is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Italian. Nikki Sun is a results-driven real estate professional with over eight years of experience across New Zealand and New York City, known for her strong negotiation skills and exceptional client service. She quickly rose to the top rankings early in her career and earned multiple industry awards. As the founder of RMBPayment.com, she created an innovative solution that allows Chinese clients to transact in U.S. real estate using their local currency. Fluent in Mandarin and English, Nikki brings a global perspective and a seamless, solution-oriented approach to every transaction, always prioritizing her clients’ success. 

Julia Collins is a seasoned real estate professional with experience in both California and New York, known for her strong negotiation skills, exceptional client service, and expertise in luxury properties. Originally from Russia, she developed a passion for architecture and design, which led her to pursue a real estate career after moving to New York at 20. She began in California, working with international clients and refining her marketing and negotiation strategies. Now based in Manhattan, Julia represents buyers and sellers across New York City, delivering a seamless, results-driven experience built on trust and discretion.

Renowned for her "measure twice, cut once" approach, Rahwa, a former Senior Vice President at a global cryptocurrency exchange, brings a wealth of expertise from digital assets to real assets.
