"Over a year ago we started looking to purchase a home in the Parker area so we could be closer to our children and grandchildren. The inventory was limited and we weren’t willing to compromise on what we wanted. With the market as crazy as it has been, inventory was low and when a home came on the market it sold almost immediately. We did find four different homes but were outbid. It was getting frustrating and disappointing. Joy never gave up on us and kept looking. She was not only knowledgeable, professional but personal, upbeat and encouraging with our venture.
