"We worked with Joy Suchlicki Vicente and her partner Levi Meyer on the purchase of our (first Florida) home in Coral Gables in February 2016. We actually found our home as it fell out of another contract and the day before we were leaving for Argentina to be married - timing, right? So Joy and Levi had to negotiate our contract quickly - we signed hours before departure and then they had to assist us with EVERYTHING while we were away (engaging and managing the home inspection process, including extra roof and plumbing inspections, insurance inspection, referral to and engagement of our real estate counsel, a lot of work with various insurance agents on homeowners policy quotes. Joy started her career in the spirits industry working for Miami based Bacardi USA overseeing luxury brands such as Grey Goose Vodka and Disaronno Amaretto, later moving to Gruppo Campari aka, Skyy Spirits in NYC to oversee Yamazaki Single Malt Whiskey and the Suntory Portfolio. In addition to her experience in spirits, Joy spent three years working for Coastal Development, LLC, a horse racing and casino gaming company, working vigorously to create a fully integrated community relations campaign and new marketing strategy for Suffolk Downs Racetrack. Most recently, Joy oversaw the marketing for all of the restaurants and bars at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in Manhattan drawing consumers from all over the world to dine at the prestigious institution.
After over 20 years as an avid marketer, Joy is putting her passion for marketing and her experience with luxury brands, strategic planning, public relations, and social media to work for her real estate clients.
In addition to the above, Joy earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Miami. She went on to complete the MIBS program at the University of Miami School of Business earning a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in International business.
