J.P. is Managing Partner with the Capital Estate Group and Vice President with . Born Georgetown University Hospital, J.P. is a true native of the area, having lived in many areas of the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. J.P. attended the University of Michigan after graduating from the Maret School of Washington. J.P., who is fluent in both English and Spanish, studied business at the University of Salamanca, Spain. He completed his formal study of business at Johns Hopkins University, receiving his Masters of Business Administration. He became a senior executive for International Solutions, an international economic consulting firm specializing in North-South trade, with clients including IBM and the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Over his 20 years in real estate and real estate development, he has been a Top Producer agent at Prudential Real Estate, Sotheby's International Realty, and , and was Executive Director of Luxury Homes for Keller Williams Capital Properties and a member of the Agent Leadership Council for Keller Williams Realty. He has served on important committees and strategic planning groups for MRIS, the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORSĀ®, and the Maryland Association of REALTORSĀ®. He has a Certificate in International Real Estate for Local Markets offered the prestigious Certified International Specialist network. He is experienced at understanding national and international relocation needs, having worked with corporate, governmental, and non-governmental clients in relocating employees and executives alike. He is an associate in ' Sports Entertainment Division, understanding the special needs of athletes and entertainers. J.P. is also an experienced renovator and developer, having restored and renovated many properties and assisted numerous clients in the renovation and restoration of newer, older, and historic properties alike. He is a principal in several developments, construction, coaching, and wellness businesses.
