JP is a motivated and highly energized agent here at Compass who has worked in many fields within the real estate industry. His experience has allowed him to grow a global perspective on the market and answer the needs of his diverse clientele.

His introduction into the business began as a top producing loan officer where he quickly climbed the latter to soon become the branch manager. Always eager for new challenges, JP then moved on to work for a highly recognized development company where he was tasked with acquisitions, finance and sales of many Southern California projects. His admiration and appreciation for architecture steered him to pursue a much broader clientele in his home town of Hollywood, CA.

With over 10+ years of experience, JP has become a well known name in the real estate industry. He is known not only for his production but great character, positive attitude and desire to go above and beyond for each one of his clients, regardless of price point. 

JP is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, having served over 8 years and earning numerous accolades for his leadership and outstanding performances overseas during operation Iraqi Freedom. JP also conducts yearly seminars for military veterans to help them achieve success in life whether it be in real estate or other endeavors.
