About Juan

I help buyers find their place on Fort Lauderdale's waterfront. 

With $55 million+ in career sales and a resident of over 25 years in South Florida, including two decades across Miami's coastal markets I know this territory personally, not just professionally.

I specialize in luxury waterfront properties and new development / pre-construction sales with deep expertise in navigating the condo market: building health, reserves, HOA financials, the details most buyers don't think to ask about. Through Compass, I have access to off-market inventory and new development opportunities through strong developer relationships.

I've worked transactions from $200K to over $16M and learned that luxury isn't about the price it's about the details. The right views, the right building, the right guidance. That's what makes it feel right.

I moved from Colombia to South Florida at 12—our plan fell apart at the last minute but there was no turning back. I know what it feels like to land somewhere new without a guide. Whether you're coming from another state or another country, I bring that understanding along with everything else. 


I am fluent in English and Spanish. And when I'm not working, you can find me playing guitar with friends, watching movies or spending quality time with my girlfriend enjoying the lifestyle Fort Lauderdale has to offer.
