Juan is a Miami native and real estate advisor with over a decade of experience in Commercial Real Estate Sales, Leasing, and Property Management. Juan began his career in property management, where he spent four years increasing property values through renovation oversight, operational improvements, and rent optimization strategies. This hands-on experience gave him a strong foundation in asset performance, insight that continues to inform his work today.
