About Juana Eva
Juana Eva Martinez first got her real estate license in 2002, when her son was only 2 years old and her daughter was not yet on Earth. As a single mother with a background in education, her purpose was to work in a field that would allow her to spend time with her son and also help people to navigate the sometimes confusing waters of real estate & homeownership.
Juana says, "I'm a matchmaker matching the right person with the right property!" Whether it's finding the right buyer for your house, or helping you find the right replacement home, Juana Eva strives to provide her clients with the most rewarding outcome possible: best price, best terms, and most importantly best overall experience.
Her favorite aspects of real estate:
ā¢ visiting homes (if not for exceptional design or landscaping, then for the future potential),
ā¢ hosting open houses (it's like a mini midday party),
ā¢ getting to know her clients (some have become her closest friends),
ā¢ helping her clients achieve their goals (that's the best!)
Her least favorite:
ā¢ license renewal (every 4 years),
ā¢ managing mountains of paperwork (thank god for transaction coordinators),
ā¢ not seeing/speaking on a daily basis to her clients after closing ("I really miss them!")
"I'm a very social person, and I enjoy bringing people together for social or educational gatherings. I mix business with pleasure as most of my clients become friends and my friends regularly call on me to ask about everyone's favorite topic."
JEM a native of Los Angeles, grew up in East Hollywood, graduated from Fairfax High School, and she received her bachelor's degree with honors from CSULA in English and a minor in Spanish. When she's not making matches in real estate, she likes to dance, spend time in her garden, ride her bike, try new recipes, and she is currently learning Portuguese.
