About Jubal
There is a huge difference between finding a house and finding a home – and for the past 23 years, Jubal Hancock of Lone Star Realty Group has helped countless clients find that special place to wholeheartedly call ‘home’. Jubal has lived in Bryan/College Station for 52 years; he grew up, raised a family, and plans on retiring here. As an ambassador of the community, Jubal feels privileged to welcome new community members through impeccable real estate service.
When Jubal isn’t making real estate dreams come true, he loves spending time with his family, wife Nika and daughter Melanya (11), and his large extended family. His family is all about having fun and contributing to the community however they can. One day you’ll find them roller skating at Silver Wings Ballroom in Brenham, and the next delivering Thanksgiving meals to those in need or volunteering with their church family at First Baptist Church of Bryan.
Jubal knows the neighborhoods, churches, schools, and community as if they were members of his extended family. Jubal values family above all else and presents the same standards to his clients – delivering compassionate care and support that equals seamless success. His clients are always the number one priority, and he aims to serve them with excellence.
