Judd Clarence was born in Johannesburg, South Africa, and was a Nationally sponsored swimmer and cyclist before emigrating to the United States in his early 20s. Before leaving South Africa, Judd graduated from Johannesburg's top boys prep school and went on to study Law and Accounting at University, but his passion for real estate development and design/build drove his early career focus.
Prior to moving to Aspen in 2006 and founding Giant Construction and Aspen Luxury Brokers, Judd was a top-producing real estate broker and developer in Miami/Fort Lauderdale, where he acquired and refurbished apartment buildings and single-family homes.
Judd now has over twenty years of experience in Real estate and construction - working with the most sophisticated and elite home buyers to build and reimagine stunning homes, legacy estates, and ranch properties.
