"Over the years I have purchased or sold 8 homes and worked with a number of realtors. Judi was by far the most professional realtor I have worked with to date. Her initial approach to estimating the value of our home was fair and honest. She made a number of low cost recommendations to improve the value of our property that worked out perfectly. Her estimate of the market value was spot on despite me believing the it should have been lower. Once we agreed on the price she immediately marketed our home bringing in traffic within the first few days even in a difficult sellers market.
