About Judy
Having lived in Aspen and the mid-valley for over 39 years, Judy knows the territory and has seen and experienced the many changes firsthand. Real estate was a natural progression, as Judy has done sales and marketing her entire adult life. She owns her company, Eastern European Art Company, which sells original posters from Eastern Europe. She has sold and marketed the jewelry she designed and made. She sold artists’ images for licensing onto products. She sold advertising. She sold concessions at the Basalt schools’ events. Judy has even sold products from a “college” that wasn’t really a college, Aspen State Teachers’ College.

Judy has honed her aptitude and commitment to questioning and listening into the uncanny ability of satisfying the needs and wants of her clients. Her incredible organizational skills and attention to detail at every step of the transaction, leaves nothing to chance. She takes the most pride in her reputation for integrity and honesty.

Growing up in Franklin Village, Michigan, when it was rural and remote, Judy spent her childhood playing in the woods, rivers and lakes around her home. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a BA in English Literature. Her children, Rosie and Joey, were born in Aspen. Both went through the Basalt schools from kindergarten through 12th grade. Joey is in college pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering at University of Colorado, Boulder. Rosie graduated from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, Boulder. Rosie is now working at KSPN radio in Aspen doing sales and marketing, which is exactly the same job at the same radio station that Judy had 33 years ago.

Always active in our community, Judy spent 17 years volunteering at the Basalt schools and helps with the Aspen Food and Wine Festival and the Susan G. Komen Ride, Race and Ski for the Cure.

When not working, Judy loves to ski, hike with her Golden Retriever, Rex, work out at CrossFit, bike, enjoy the many concerts and cultural activities available, bake, travel and spend time with her kids.

Judy would love the opportunity to use her more than 39 years of sales and marketing experience and knowledge of Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley to help you accomplish your real estate goals and achieve your real estate dreams here in our beautiful and special paradise.
