Judy Wolfe

Judy Wolfe has been a top-producing realtor since 1979, working all the Metro Denver areas with a special interest in older homes. Her clients describe her as straightforward, uncomplicated, loyal, and persistent – a combination of traits that has served her buyers and sellers very well over the years and has garnered her many referrals and repeat business from past clients.

Judy knows that the process of buying and selling a home can be difficult and confusing to clients. Her approach to real estate is to educate her clients about the various aspects of their purchase or sale, utilizing her knowledge and experience to help them make informed decisions. Patient and thorough, Judy is an expert at sorting through the details from contract to closing and turning problems into solutions. Since 2003, Judy Wolfe has partnered with her son Jay Epperson. They are a 2018 Denver Metro Association of Realtors (DMAR) Excellence Award Platinum Honoree with over $20 million in sales last year.

When leisure time permits, Judy enjoys cycling, traveling, gardening, going to live theater, and spending time with her family and friends.
