Juhrea Latas is a dedicated professional with a passion for helping people achieve their goals. With a rich background in Commercial Lines insurance and Higher Education, specifically in student financial services, Juhrea brings a unique blend of expertise and empathy to her work.

Her journey in real estate began in 2009, marking the start of her first career passion. Since then, she has combined her deep knowledge of the industry with her commitment to delivering exceptional service to her clients. Juhrea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) and a Master of Science in Management from Friends University, equipping her with strong communication and leadership skills.

Outside of real estate, Juhrea is grateful to be a mom to two wonderful daughters who inspire her every day. She also enjoys spending time in the great outdoors and embraces kindness in all aspects of life. Her dedication to her clients, her family, and her community is at the heart of everything she does.
