Juli is a driven real estate professional with a heart for people and a deep love for where she lives. As a lifelong Williamson County resident, she knows this area inside and out and brings that local knowledge into every client experience. She is organized, intentional, and always focused on getting the best possible results for the people she serves.
Juli is passionate about representing builders and bringing their home product to life for the right buyer. From relocating clients to first time home buyers and everything in between, she has built her business on helping people make confident moves in every season. Through her work alongside The KOOR Group, she has developed a strong track record of helping builders successfully position and sell their homes in a competitive market.
A large part of Juli’s business comes from her referral network, where agents trust her to take care of their relocating clients with a high level of communication, care, and hyper local expertise. She understands what it takes to stand out in this market and is committed to helping her clients do just that.
Outside of real estate, Juli is married to her high school sweetheart and enjoys spending her time gardening, walking through Radnor Lake, and serving alongside her husband in their church’s ESL program. She believes home is more than just a place and feels honored to help others find theirs.
