Julia Abu-Basha

Julia Abu-Basha is a real estate agent who’s proud to call Middle Tennessee home, with a special love for the energy and character of Nashville. Born in Nashville and raised in Wichita, Kansas, Julia moved back to Tennessee in 2020, living in Murfreesboro while attending Middle Tennessee State University before making her way to Nashville. She loves the city’s walkable neighborhoods, amazing food scene, scenic views, and, most of all, the friendly people who make it feel like home.

Julia got into real estate because she loves connecting with people and helping them through one of the most meaningful decisions of their lives: finding a home. She’s dedicated to making that process as smooth and enjoyable as possible, guiding clients toward the place that truly feels right for them.

Her local knowledge is backed by a strong background in marketing and sales—Julia served as president of the Sales Society Program at Middle Tennessee State University while earning her B.B.A. An internship with Nashville Home Guru sparked her interest in real estate, leading her to turn that passion into a career.

Outside of work, Julia enjoys staying active, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends. She also loves browsing Pinterest for home décor inspiration, always finding new ways to bring fresh ideas into her work.

Through it all, Julia remains committed to helping her clients feel at home anywhere in Middle Tennessee—combining local expertise, genuine care, and a love for what she does every day.
