About Paul

Paul’s guiding principle in real estate is “enjoy the process.” He is client-driven and dedicated to exceptional service and results. Paul's clients consistently cite his tireless work ethic, his keen eye for detail and design, and intimate knowledge of the area’s ever-evolving neighborhoods.

Paul first moved to Washington DC in 2010 and spent time cultivating his negotiation and sales skills working at a leading procurement platform selling software to the military in DoD West. During that time, he fell in love with Washington, DC and spent countless hours getting to know each of the city’s neighborhoods intimately. He currently resides in a condo that he renovated in DC's U Street neighborhood.

Having always been passionate about real estate, Paul joined Compass in 2018. Since then, he’s helped countless clients realize their dreams of purchasing their home in the DMV.


About Julia

Born and bred in the DC area, Julia has been lucky enough to call the metro area home her entire life. She hails from Chevy Chase, graduating from the University of Maryland, College Park, while experiencing the metro area's growth firsthand. Now settled in Northwest DC with her husband and their two dogs, Julia is excited to show clients the charm, innovation, and opportunity that are the lifeblood of the city. 

Julia’s family instilled in her a passion for service through real estate: her grandfather was a real estate attorney in Boston, her grandmother is a retired REALTOR, and her mom and aunt continue to work as business partners selling real estate in Cambridge, MA. Building connections in the DMV and helping people “find their place” is second nature to her.   

Having spent the first chapter of her career focused on customer success and digital marketing, Julia puts clients’ goals first, prioritizing their needs and creating actionable solutions. Whether you're a first-time home buyer or are searching for a new home, Julia will expertly guide you through the buying and selling processes, making sure you're comfortable every step of the way.
