About Julia

Julia Bacon was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware. After a year of service with AmeriCorps and four years earning her business degree from American University, she returned home to become a beauty industry professional. Julia spent many years as a hairstylist, makeup artist, and skincare consultant, quickly finding her passion for working with clients to find solutions that best suit their needs.

With over ten years of work experience in elevated customer service in the beauty industry, Julia realized she wanted to take her business skills to the world of real estate to continue helping clients navigate other milestones in their lives, recognizing that buying or selling a home can be the largest transaction in a client’s life.

Her experience working closely with clients in several high-end business settings has provided her with a strong background to guide her clients through transactions and advocate on their behalf, all with integrity, transparency, and effectiveness. Julia thrives on connecting and working with others, finding resolutions when faced with difficulties. She is enjoying married life in Claymont with her husband and their dog, Beaux.

When she doesn’t have on her real estate hat, Julia can be found enjoying what the state of Delaware has to offer: taking her dog out for a hike at one of the beautiful state parks, volunteering at the local SPCA, and enjoying the many local restaurants.
