As a native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Julia's understanding and love of real estate & home improvement began as a youth, deeply rooted in a childhood spent helping her family with hands-on home renovation projects.
Julia's degree in fine arts and passion for interior design and helping others led to a career in luxury staging, project management, and then quickly progressed to becoming a realtor. As an agent with the Kate McCaffrey Group, Julia values the opportunity to make a personal impact, and approaches the business of real estate holistically - focusing on market strategy, design expertise, and an eye for details.
Leveraging her background in design, home improvement and project coordination, Julia is able to combine her love of customer service and market knowledge with creative vision - tailoring her approach to benefit her clients' specific needs. Julia has called Oakland home since 2013. When she's not busy with clients and acting as a contractor for her own "fixer upper," she enjoys the East Bay's many incredible restaurants, parks, and hiking the Oakland hills.
