Julia was born in Taipei and raised in Los Angeles, where she earned her degree in Art from Pasadena’s ArtCenter College of Design. She began her career as a graphic designer and art director, working for top agencies in Chicago and LA, including Grey Direct, Bowes Dentsu, and Ogilvy & Mather.
Today, she brings that creative eye to real estate. She knows how to spot potential in a property, whether it’s a multi-unit investment, a fixer with upside, or a move-in-ready single-family home. She helps sellers highlight what makes their property shine, and she helps buyers recognize value before the rest of the market catches on.
