About Julie

Julie McCarthy is a Massachusetts native, growing up in Medfield and spending the last 10 years living in Scituate. Julie has developed an intimate understanding of the local market and appreciation for the community and surrounding areas, which now serves as a foundation for a thriving real estate career. 

Julie jumped into a career in real estate after more than 15 years in Project and Program Management in various industries. Real Estate was always something Julie felt a passion for and making the move was a seamless transition. Julie was able to develop keen organization and negotiation skills in her past roles that have successfully reflected in her real estate career. 

The Ben Lincoln Group works to assist and advise clients through their extensive relationships and expertise whether it is buying, selling, new construction and development, or real estate investing ranging from downtown Boston throughout the South Shore and Cape Cod.

Julie currently lives in Scituate with her husband, Chris and two kids, Callan and Lyla.
