Julia Nimchuk

Julia is a native New Yorker with over a decade of experience helping clients navigate the city’s neighborhoods, rental market, and luxury sales. She’s known for her expertise, diligence, and care, whether she’s guiding a first-time renter, a townhouse buyer, or investors seeking strategic insights.

Julia began her career in 2013 with Jing Chen, representing new development landlords and high-end buyers, and later joined one of the top developers in the city, where she worked at One57 and launched sales and leasing efforts at One Manhattan Square and EVGB. These experiences sharpened her knowledge of Manhattan’s sub-markets and deepened her commitment to client-focused service.

Since 2019, Julia has been part of the Jing Chen Team as Team Manager, bringing her development, marketing, and sales expertise to help clients feel confident and excited about their real estate decisions. After decades of walking the city block by block, she has encyclopedic knowledge of Manhattan’s neighborhoods, buildings, and trends.

Outside real estate, Julia enjoys cooking, writing, hiking, and her neighborhood book club in Fort Greene.
