I'm a rare Triangle area native with a passion for our thriving community.

After living in Chicago and New York, I decided to return to my hometown of Cary. Like so many of my clients, the Triangle area's affordability, endless nature and community spirit drew me in. My unique experience of growing up in the area, exploring, and ultimately returning provides a unique and valuable perspective to both relocators and long-time residents. 

Holding an MBA from the University of Chicago and having years of project management experience, I am an analytics wiz with a keen ability to align stakeholders. I approach transactions much like a corporate project by understanding each party's needs and incentives, prioritizing timeline and budget and facilitating communication. 

I approach negotiations with a win-win mindset. I seek to exceed my clients' expectations by finding their dream seller or buyer whose goals align with theirs. Negotiations don't have to be combative—our upfront collaboration allows us to design a strategic plan so you are prepared and empowered when you find your match.

Together with my partner agent Claire Guentz, I have helped over 70 clients find their dream home and move to a new chapter. Areas of expertise include new construction and off-market transactions, which make up approximately 60% of our portfolio. 

Outside of work, I enjoy volunteering with ESL students as a way to give back to the community and keep up my Spanish fluency. I'm also involved in alumni advisory roles at The Raleigh School and Cary Academy. It's a joy to see the next generation of the Triangle thrive!
