I'm a rare Triangle area native with a passion for our growing community. With $100m and counting in career sales, my extensive market expertise allows clients to move with the utmost clarity.

Following careers in engineering project management and fashion management, I chose to pivot to real estate to leverage the full breadth of my skillsets. Project manager, marketing consultant, and data analyst are lenses I look through daily to best position my clients for success in buying, selling and building. In what can be a deeply emotional and intimate experience, I look to bring levity through data-driven insights paired with genuine compassion.

A Cary native, I find myself most often working with clients making transitions in Cary, North Raleigh and Inside the Beltline (ITB). The continued growth of the Triangle area in burgeoning suburbs including Wendell, Holly Springs, Fuquay Varina, Angier, Wake Forest, and Apex yields immense investment potential for clients at price points from $200k to $2m+. I deeply enjoy matchmaking relocating clients with their ideal pocket to meet their personal and financial goals. 

Together with my partner agent Claire Guentz, we have assisted 100+ clients find their dream home or close a profitable sale in order strategically to a new chapter. Areas of expertise include new construction and off-market transactions, which make up approximately 60% of our portfolio. 

I proudly serve at both Cary Academy and The Raleigh School as an alumni advisor. As an advocate for education affordability, I enjoy working on efforts to increase access for Triangle families, regardless of means.
